"Horrible service. The front desk is just rude. Used the service there and here few times in last few years. It was recommended by neighbor. And i would mention to people when they ask since its down in plaza close by. But... i will NEVER recommend this place again. Customer service is so bad... never will use again. If they treat you bad can imagine how they treat your pooch. My dog had skin and eye infections after the visit, i did notice he had red eyes and skin when picked up. Hope it would settle after day, no, we were in and out vets for month+ for eye, skin infections."

"We have been taking our two small dogs to Pyrenees pets for almost two years, on a regular basis. We started noticing that they were really hesitant to go in the last couple of times but thought they just did not like being groomed. Well, as it turns out, about 2 months ago we had both dogs groomed and our older dog came home and was very uncomfortable, scratching his ears, shaking his head and whining for days on end. We took him to the vet, assuming he had an ear infection. The vet called us and said they found a large plug of cotton stuffed far down his ear canal that had to be extracted. We thought it was a simple oversight from the groomer (Pyrenees Pets) and didn't want to make a big deal of it. Well, took the dogs back this week and, well, our older dog (same dog) started showing the same discomfort. We got a flashlight and tweezers and sure enough, a giant wad of cotton was stuffed deep in his ear...AGAIN. Twice in a row? I called and was told all they could do is apologize and seemed not to really care or show any remorse. I am wondering if this is happening to other dogs as well, so am writing this in case someone is experiencing the same thing. BTW...no offer to "make it right" in any way. Clearly we will never use this business again."

"Toured the shop and groom area and had my Maltipoo groomed. They did a nice job and have a couple groomers always busy, so it's a professional no nonsense in and out convenient stop, but they do use crates for the doggies.."
