"The Dr's at Alta View were professional and helpful. My dog, Kaya, had seizures and the staff always treated her with love . They were very thoughtful with making the best choice for what the best therapy would be for her. There prices are also economical which is very appreciated."

"Our 5 year old dog was diagnosed with what they thought was cancer. I tried for 7 days to get a call back to go over the results from the $2000 tests we had done, 7 days!! We had the worst experience I could have ever imagined during one of the worst times possible. The biggest irony was getting a call from them to check up on our dogs to see how they were doing and that they needed their vaccines!! When I say do not go here for anything I cannot stress this enough!"

"Every time I went to this place they charge me for services that I didn't approve. Make sure you check your receipt. But the worse is that problems don't event get cure so you have to keep bringing your pet in. The only good thing about this place is their open hours and that they are open on weekends but that is really it. They really need to improve in their quality and services. Also you don't see if your pet gets the shots as they take your pet to the back. My pets don't really like going there so it makes me wonder."

"We took our dog to the vet to check for fleas. We met with Jasandeep, Ghuman who was assisting us. We explained to him that we have seen a bug that appeared to look like fleas. He recommended our dog take oral pill to help prevent the spread. We asked him ways we can prevent spread around our home and he told us to google it. We were very dumbfounded by his statement because he sounds very uneducated. When we ask him about the pricing of the medication. His narrcistic statement comes off very belittling. To sum it up, he thinks it is above his pay grade. Instead of a simple, “no I don't know the answer but the front desk would.” That would have been a humbling answer. We are very disappointed in the professionalism and the lack of knowledge he presented. He sure did not make you feel that you are being taking care of. Please practice empathy and humility!"

"We used this vet for years, but I will never forgive myself or this office for my dog’s last days. I strongly feel that this office gave me false hope regarding my dog’s chances of coming home. She was 13 with a chronic disease, and we took her here one day when her symptoms got worse. They kept her overnight and said she would likely go home the next day. And, then they told us that for four more nights. We came into the office on the fifth day to visit our dog, and one of the vet techs was compassionate enough to tell us that it was time to make a hard decision. The vet we saw that day was callous and rude. Rather than having our dog at home with us, her last five days were spent away from her family in this office. I can’t help but feel that they just wanted to run one last bill. I will never recommend this office to anyone."
