"Great downtown location in San Mateo, but the parking lot can be difficult to get in and out as there’s usually a lot of traffic (and also smallish parking spots). Avoid the drive-thru as it can take a long time. Pharmacy line can all be long during peak hours."

"Called pharmacy for my senior mom's medication. Was put on hold for 50 minutes, then they never picked up the call and just hung up, just like other reviews said. A Big waste of time! This pharmacy customer phone service is the worst. Customer service in person at the pharmacy not much better, unfriendly and short. Would give zero star."

"While I understand that you don’t want everyone using the restroom, as a paying customer I should be allowed even with an escort! Currently standing in the pharmacy line and about pee in my pants. So if I make a mess, it’s on you. Lots of old folks and kids having to wait should be able to use the restroom. I’ll have my mother in law move her prescriptions"

"I've been picking up from this pharmacy for a few months now. Literally every time I go, there's some problem. I've been told over the phone that my medication would be ready for pickup by a certain time, and after showing up after said time and waiting in line for a half hour, they tell me it won't be ready until the next day (of course it wasn't ready then either). Just recently, my prescription has disappeared from their system, causing me to have to reschedule an appointment with my doctor, and miss out on over a week of medication!"
