"This is a nice Target and I encountered helpful staff. I would only suggest they do better at their inventory and carry more of the items that are popular and less of the items that aren't big sellers. You can't always find what your looking for because it's out of stock. There was quite a lot of items out of stock."

"Horrible service for when leaving the store! There is a a older white man that is racist. Upon paying at check out and seeing i was purchasing my stuff and got my receipts and upon leaving he decided to racially profile me and my husband. And asked us for receipt but his excuse was he does to everyone leaving check out and i told him that was a lie becuase i saw more than 5 people leave and he did not check them. The people leaving were white and he just didnt care i told him its racist of him because he picked us for being brown. Horrible guy there.i will bring this to court if i have to"

"This is probably the biggest target store I’ve ever been in. A couple laps around this place and you’ve had your 2 miles in for the day. This is probably the closest thing I found to Walmart superstore. The store is very well-kept and the isles are clear. The clothing sections are well-maintained and organized. The staff is very courteous and helpful. When I asked for an item, I said, walked me all the way to the aisle to make sure that I located it. The store has everything from clothing, housewares, pharmaceutical needs, and groceries. I’m confident that whatever your needs are, you will find it at the store."

"Today, I found how conveniently#Target employees lie to their customers when it comes to providing a refund. I bought 3-bags but none of them were good for traveling purpose. So I returned them today. But they returned only two of them and refused to provide refund for the third one. Shawny said she could only refund with my ID and I’ll be receiving refund on a merchandise card. But when she did the return, the system wasn’t allowing to refund on the merchandise card. It clearly asks to scan the item and next step asks what’s wrong with the item. But Shawny was searching her blond colleague. Later, I asked for the manager. Shanna came and said the same thing. It’s funny when I saw the screen and it clearly gives the option ‘cash, credit, merchandise card’ and I touched the credit. But Shanna cancelled it. She was so embarrassed that she asked me not to touch the screen. This is so ridiculous how #Target harasses customers racially. I used to like #Target but now they’re losing its standard. I often read news how much #Target is looking to have more security. I have even seen a Black woman carrying comforter and pillows in her hand while the security at Las Positas branch asks her if she has paid cause he didn’t see her with the stuff when she was entering the stores. The woman conveniently left the store and the security didn’t bother to go behind to check. I wonder if #Target encourages theft and deny returning items. Is that what #Target’s new plan?"
