"Dr.Nat truly saved me from so much discomfort with my body. She was understanding, kind and supportive of my needs. However, as my doctor she also told me the risks of the procedure I wanted to do and of course brought up my age which really effects me in a huge way and is why she emphasized the permanence of it if I chose to go through with it. She thoroughly explained those things but also brought up the benefits of it. And throughout the process she kept reassuring me that she supported me and would ultimately do what I wanted in order to feel comfortable and happy. Please don’t mind the negative reviews of Dr.Nat. My experience was the complete opposite from what these people are saying and the way they portray Dr.Nat is completely false. Dr.Nat has to precaution people from certain procedures due to their age and recommends what will be safest for them based on what she knows of them. Doctors have to be honest with their patients regardless of if that’s not what a patient wants to hear. It’s their obligation as health professionals and people who complain of how a doctor is being truthful and honestly tells them the risks needs to understand that and honest doctor is always better than a dishonest one or one that withholds the entire truth of the situation. The day of my surgery she once again asked if I was certain I wanted to do this which I appreciated since she consistently wanted to check in with me. Everyone was amazing during the whole process. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, and Dr.Nat. Everyone ensured that the events leading up to my surgery were pleasant. When I woke up I was immediately met with a kind nurse who helped me adjust in my confusion from the anesthesia as well as reassure me that everything went well. Prior to my surgery day I was checked in with frequently and informed of the many things involved with my procedure in detail. I appreciate all the info and diligence of the staff from Dr.Nat’s office as well as the anesthesiologist. The whole experience in itself was easy and surprisingly pleasant. Thank you Dr.Nat and I wish I could say thank you to everyone else involved in this process."

"For starters, I had to be rescheduled a couple of times because the Dr was sick which I get & was very patient and understanding... When they told me they had to reschedule for a 3rd time, I informed them that I had things that really needed to be addressed... so they got me in and after having to wear a mask, the Dr walks in without a mask, this is the Dr who had bee sick for over 2 weeks... I felt like none if my concerns were taken seriously... and after reading my office visit notes, I can see that she didn't pay attention at all or that she even cared... She is very condescending & lacks empathy to patients... I'm shocked that she came so highly rated, because I didn't see what was so amazing about her... very disappointed in the care I received and will be asking my PCP for a new referral..."
