"The doctor and staff are very nice and friendly. But the billing department is very aggressive and not very transparent. I was aware my insurance doesn’t cover the third and fourth teeth cleaning any more. They did not inform the secretary, instead they sent me a bill of $500+. If I had known that wasn’t covered, I would’ve canceled my appointments. A little sneaky for that."

"When Dr. Hall owned the practice everything ran smoothly but now, not so much. Phone calls not answered, messages not returned. I had to go there in person to ask questions that were not answered and even then, nobody was there to talk to. The other day i got a text that stated I owed $800 when all deductibles were paid. Now I wait again for an explanation. I think we'll be looking for another Dentist."

"My 5 year old loves her dentist. She loves the staff and feels very comfortable going to the dentist. They have decals and stickers on the wall that make the office friendly. We had an appointment on a more quite day in the office and my daughter asked if she could watch Bluey during her appointment. They turned it on for her. The staff is so personable. Highly recommend."

"Appointments went fine with both of my kids until we got to the front to check out. I got a quote for 2 different co-pays for my kids despite having the same insurance for both. When I questioned it, the women said that it’s just the way it is. She ended up looking further to find out I was charged $50 for a no show, but I fact I rescheduled that’s why we were there that day. The person I spoke to to reschedule back in November never mentioned that I was going to be charged a no-show fee when I rescheduled appointment, which was 24 hours before appointment. Another women at the front brought up the fact that even if I did call in at the 24 hour cut off, I would still be charged $50 regardless because that’s how the system works. Wow, bad business. I also ended up standing there after I paid my co-pay & no-show fee, waiting for the women to go over my Ortho referral & oral surgery referral which I didn’t get, so I just walked out. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be back. Dentist & Hygienist were super friendly & professional but front staff not so much."
