"My appointment was at 10am Saturday I arrive at 9:45 they check me in for cleaning & check up then at 10:20 they call me in the back for X-ray then the teeth cleaning starts at 11:40 and it’s only a 5 minute task the cleaning so I spent 2 hrs for a 5 min teeth cleaning"

"I just felt like stuff was added for more money. I need a lot of work done true but I kept saying I can’t do what they want which majority was cosmetic I mean wish I could but I many times had to keep saying I don’t have a lot money they kept doing different scenarios but I didn’t feel I was heard at all, I kept saying over and over I need minimal and what can be done spread out and it’s still ended with them wanting to have bone work done for me to have dentures which I said many times I can never ever afford those. I just felt like a dollar sign not a patient"

"Great place. Service is thorough. They make sure you understand everything before walking out. The staff is kind . I’m a single mom with no family and two small children. I had no one to keep them so I could get my X-ray done plus my two year old was being 2 lol. The staff stepped in to entertain them for me. That’s not in their job description so I am appreciative."
