"My 10 year old daughter had an orthodontic consultation with Dr.Maurice. The ladies in the front office (Vicky and Kristin) are super friendly and welcoming. They took an xray as part of the consultation process. During the visit Dr.Maurice wad very kind and informative. He explained everything in terms we understood and made sure to engage in conversation with my daughter. He gave me the best plan regarding her treatment. We felt very comfortable with his suggestions. It's definitely a great place for ortho!!! The ortho assistants are also amazing!"

"5/21 I had a chipped upper left molar 5/23 I had an appointment, they did a fill around noon. I had a dropping face until about 2 am the following day. This worried me, I had called twice after my appointment that day. No one called back. Fast forward I had been in consistent pain, and I kept thinking it was just going to take some time. July 2nd my entire left side of my face started throbbing I called gentle dental, no response (4th of july weekend). So I called a private dentist. This dentist informed me, I had a bacterial infection due to an improper filling, and I had a rotting root . This dentist said gentle dental should have done a root canal and a crown. So I called gentle dental again (I know I should have gone elsewhere). I asked them to please schedule me for a root canal and a crown. Gentle dental informed me they do not provide this service and would have to refer me out. So I asked for a referral. I was told they could not give me a referral with out being seen (even though I had already been seen for this tooth in May). So they gave an appointment on July 19th they did an xray and then left the room for an hour! I finally got up to ask if i was done? they said the Dr had an emergency phone call she had to take. The Dr finally came in gave me a referral. I asked her if I needed more antibiotics? She said she didn't know. I asked if this office she referring me to was generally fast about scheduling. She said she didn't know! I left and tried making an appointment with this referral office that mind you is located in San Jose. They sent me an email back saying they do not do root canas on upper molars. literally would go anywhere but this dental location."

"I'll break it down step by step give you my detailed experience with Gentle Dental. My first had a appointment with Gentle Dental 8:30 a.m. I arrived from my appointment about 10 minutes early they got me started with all my paperwork and I want to say it did not smell like the typical smell of a dental office which we all know is horrible it smelled like a regular office. I forgot my glasses for reading and then manager Kristen came out and help me with all the paperwork and basically read me everything because I didn't have the proper glasses to do so which I thought was very very nice So I went in for my appointment and let me tell you it was very very professional they were wiping down all the seats and all the things sterilizing everything the assistant was very nice and when it came time I had several teeth pulled and let me tell you I was very very pleased with the doctor that did all the dentist work Mrs Valderrama she had a great attitude and a really cool sense of humor and she made the experience very easy I was very scared going into this not knowing what to expect as I have never had teeth pulled before Let me tell you this place is a great dentist office all the way around I'm a very critical person and I really don't have one thing negative to say about it from start to finish they were very good if I couldn't reach someone on the phone when I called they did get back to me in a timely manner every time. All the questions that I did have and there were many they would always put me on hold and get the doctor involved and ask her personally instead of just giving me a quick answer they're very thorough they're very attentive and they do their best to make everybody happy in a really do care about their clients they have lots of empathy for your situation and I appreciate that. I was a little concerned that the oral surgery in the bone grafts were healing correctly so I called them up and voice my concerns they got me right in and did a check up on it at no charge and said everything was okay and that eased my mind totally. I set an appointment for the third time I went in there and we thought we might have to pull another tooth and upon talking to the dentist Mrs Valderrama we came up with a new plan of action and we decided to hold off and there are very accommodating and let me tell you these people care about their customers all the negative feedbacks that are here I really can't fathom how anybody couldn't be happy with the services of every single employee in this place they're all very professional and I couldn't be more pleased so if you want a great dentist look no further go to Gentle Dental."

"I'm someone who is petrified of the dentist. Just coming for xrays was a test of strength, especially because this was my first visit, but for the first time I finally feel comfortable with a dentist. This is something I've waited a long time for. The doctor actually consulted Me regarding what I wanted done with my teeth. All prior dentists had never given me a choice in care. She's the first! I am so happy to have found Gentle Dental and look forward to actually finishing the work I so desperately need. The staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming. If only I had discovered them sooner I'd already have my perfect smile back already!"
