"I wish I could say I felt cared for by Dr. Silverstein's team. She is great, but always late. I was waiting for an hour last appointment, and today I had to reschedule because once again I was told by the nurse that she would be at least 40 minutes late. This nurse in particular should really check her bedside manner. She seemed completely unsympathetic to the fact that I needed to be seen, and she said to me: "She always runs late, you are welcome to find another OB." I'm a working woman, and I don't really have the time to be waiting 40 minutes to an hour for every appointment, but I do need care and it really bums me out that now I need to find another doctor. Maybe if you are an expectant mother, with tons of time Dr. Silverstein and team are the right choice, but for me, a pre-menopausal working mom, I need to find a doctor that is willing to see me on time."

"We were really fortunate/blessed to have Dr.Laura during my wife's second baby delivery. First was a C-section and my wife was really working hard to have a normal delivery for the second one and we were not confident on the chances of normal delivery . Dr. Laura gave us confidence and kept our spirit high during the entire procedure and made it possible. It was lockdown days on a weekend evening (Saturday) we had to rush to emergency care and Dr.Laura was the on call doctor. The procedure started by 6pm in the evening and had our baby delivered at 3.45am the next day. Throughout the night the doctor was very patient, supportive, encouraging, spreading positive vibes and we had a very good experience. It will be a memorable experience forever."

"Dr Silverstein has been the most empathetic doctors, not just obgyn, I've ever had. She's been incredibly understanding and supportive throughout my entire pregnancy, making sure I felt comfortable with any choices I made and making me feel generally less stressed about my upcoming delivery as I had a rough delivery last time. While I ended up having an emergency c section and another Dr was on call, she followed up to make sure I was okay and was ready to answer any questions I hadn't and wanted to follow up soon. She really does go above and beyond and it's always nice to have someone who treats you like a fellow human and is relatable when the entire experience at the Dr can often feel like you're either being rushed out of there or you're just one of many patients that they have and they can't be bothered to deal with you. There's a good reason she's highly recommended by local moms so she's also amazingly consistent ☺️"
