"This is the worst pediatric urgent care you will ever get to visit! The doctors don’t do anything except what you ask them to. You tell them can we do xyz test, they will do that. But nothing from their side. You just keep making visits after visits and bump up their bills. It’s a money making shop, if you really care about your little ones just go elsewhere!"
"I gave this place multiple tries to get it right, but every time I went there with my baby, they might as well be there with a broom telling me to "shoo." I just felt every time I brought my kid there, they thought it was nothing, including when I brought my kid there with pneumonia and she was lethargic. They did prescribe antibiotics (as this place loves to to), but it wasn't enough. I thankfully was able to see my baby's pediatrician that day and he took care of her. Now anytime I need to bring my kids to urgent care, we just do the regular urgent care, as they are way more caring and thorough with the littles."
"I came to urgent care at 7:50am to find out exactly when I can bring my 4 years old so that we don’t have to wait outside for too long. Got told that I need to bring the sick kid for walk-in so I went back to bring him over only to find out we can only be seen at 9:45. We ended up waiting in hallway for one hour. The staffs were nice but the appointment system is really screwed up. This is probably our last visit since we’ll be switching to Kaiser next year"
