"I have a Neck problem. My primary doctor referred me to this clinic in Walnut Creek. a few months ago.First they ordered unnecessary 3 X-rays beside that I had a MRI, which was completely for the wrong part of my body. Then they ordered a new MRI, after two months I wa able to schedule and did the MRI, but after a few days they called me and said that they made a mistake and instead to order the MRI of my neck they ordered the MRI of my lower back and now I have to schedule another appointment for my MRI of my neck then after couple of weeks I was able to did the MRI of my neck and then I can scheduled to visit the doctor in their San Roman branch but just a few days before my appointment they called me and said that they would like to reschedule my appointment to another date in another branch but again a few days before my next appointment they called me and told me that they would like to reschedule my appointment to their Dublin branch on 01/30/24 at 9:00 o’clock.finally I came to their branch on time to visit the doctor but I was waited till 10:30 inside the clinic unfortunately the doctor didn’t come and I had to leave the clinic.So all these are shows that this clinic has a missed management and not respecting their patients time and lives. I don’t recommend this to anyone."

"I have been trying to get an appointment for injections for 2 months. I called and left messages and was told someone would call back within24 hours, NO ONE returned my calls. I called yesterday around noon and left messages. By 3pm, there’s no reply, I called again, I was on hold for 30 minutes, finally got someone “ Missy “? She asked for insurance information, since I didn’t have it at the time, I asked if she could kind enough to call me back in 5 minutes, not a chance. So I have to call again and left messages and hope someone would call me back. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced. Is there a spot for zero star?"

Dr Porter was very patient and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. He explained the procedure and the recovery process in detail and made me feel confident about the outcome. He was always available to check on my progress and address any concerns I had. He is a skilled surgeon who is also a compassionate human being who genuinely cares about his patients. The staff at the office was also very friendly and caring. With check in and payment online, it's very convenient during visit."
