"Preerita or Prorita or Praamita took my blood for glucose check but gave me a bruise on arm. Train your employees!! They dont know how to draw blood? She just struggling to find my veins. Why get hired? You guys should be sued"

"Check-in was very smooth, my appointment was on time, and technician was friendly and efficient. All very easy, definitely recommend this location. FYI, the location is inside the Safeway, located near the center of the back wall."

"Went there for routine blood test. Walkins are available but i took an appointment and went in. Was called in for collection right on time. The lab technician who collected the specimen was courteous and gentle. Although im not afraid of poking, she kept me talking and distracted while she collected 3 tubes of blood. Just giving one star less because of the band aid. Most of my testing is done at LabCorp and they do this nice wrap around the spot and very easy to remove as well."

"Zero starts . It’s worth driving to another location before deciding to head to this location. I brought my 6 year old in for blood work a while back. After three failed attempts to draw blood she went on to say she’s not too experienced when it comes to drawing blood from kids and told me to head to the Pleasanton location . Wasted my time and my poor son was in pain from her failed attempts. I told myself I’ll never go again even though it’s in walking distance from my home. I decided to go in today to simply return a urine sample although I unfortunately left my sons insurance info I simply just asked a question can I leave my sons sample with you and come tomorrow since it was close to closing hours. She never replied but instead handed me paper work regarding my sons insurance info and as I’m literally writing on the paper she comes to me and takes the pen and paper out of my hand and starts typing something in the system . Incredibly rude. I had to Reiterate to her again that I do not have his insurance and she gave me unnecessary attitude and told me she could not process the sample. I understand why I wasn’t expect her to process the sample without insurance info however I literally just asked a question all I needed to know was can I leave the sample and come right back or even the next day . It took so much attitude to tell me no. I don’t understand why she’s still working at that location . I ended up saying I’ll go to another location and I left . Never again."

"Zero ratings. I had to make an unfortunate trip to this lab. The lab technician/staff was so insensitive. She made an unnecessary comment of how long my name was to a third person (she had to call the doctor’s office who had placed the lab request, and she comments how long my name is to the receptionist in front of me). They had my name incorrectly on their form and the report that i needed had to be submitted for immigration paper work. The lab technician wasted 10mins of my time saying it was the doctor’s office that provided it incorrectly(and refused to correct it in the first go), where as the problem was with Quest printing it incorrectly. She then goes on to correct my English. Is that the reason i am at the lab? Why don’t you improve your manners and customer service. I did leave my feedback comments with that lab technician."
