Oh my goodness, it's so good, country style pork rib wrapped in bacon, spicy, salty, sweet, simply perfection. They have a huge variety of meats you won't find at the grocery store, alligator, boar, venison, and so much more."

"Came to buy pork casing and pork to make sausage. It is our first time making it. We came with a few question. First of all we waited in the store for about 5 minutes while 3 women talked in the back never said hi or can we help you. I asked for some help and the lady seemed so annoyed. She acted as if all my questions were so weird, and had no idea what I was taking about, really unfriendly and made me feel like I was totally putting her out. Well thanks but no thanks, won’t be going there again. One last thing, I remember when our daughter had her pig processed by them and I thought the same thing. Not what you expect from a local family business. Very disappointing."

"The butcher at Whole Foods recommended Bud's for organ meats, so I went looking for beef heart to add to my dog food recipe. Nice selection of game meats, if you're into that, as well as great-looking pieces of cowboy cut and other steaks. Super helpful woman gave me some background on what they do and showed me their selection of meats. I wasn't expecting such a large selection and was a little overwhelmed. Will definitely go back to try some of their sausages."
