Onward Physical Therapy

"I am a female over 50 and about 5yrs ago I had a knee injury. I love working out and am very active with CrossFit, running, biking, weightlifting, and hiking at least 4-6 times a week until the injury. I went to the physical therapist that was covered by my insurance, but I didn’t feel they were invested in me or my care. I didn’t feel they listened to me or took my exercise goals seriously or me seriously for that matter. Matt (Koester) from Onward was recommended to me and at first, I was apprehensive due to his PT wasn’t covered by my insurance. But I took a chance and made an appointment with Matt. He listened to what I wanted out of my PT, he listened to what my goals were and considered how I wanted to reach them through his PT. He doesn't just tell me what's best. He listens and takes my input into consideration and then Matt customizes PT plans just for me. Matt’s PT has done so much more for me than just the piece of paper with exercises on it that my insurance PT has handed me to complete in the past. Investing in Matt and the people at Onward is one of the best decision I’ve ever made, because I know they are invested in me and my well being."

They are both extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to listen and work with their patients on a plan of care.
