"Do NOT use this company. I was very pleased to find a place that would do telehealth appointments for my daughter who was extremely vulnerable at the time, and we were able to find what I thought was a good counselor for her. It took 2 months to wait for her first appointment with the counselor who specialized in the things she needed her for. Less than 3 weeks in, the counselor told her she was changing her own schedule and could not fit her in for another month. Did not bother to let me know, but my daughter informed me. Called the office and they explained. Okay. Then 2 months later announced to my daughter that she was going to be going on maternity leave for 3 months. I am happy for you and congratulations, but now what? We worked with the office to find her a new counselor who would be able to fill in during those months at a certain time slot from the same company. Called the office to get this new counselor in place for the entire duration while this other counselor was on maternity leave. They said they could only book out a certain number of weeks, but that the counselor would ask if she wanted to keep that same time slot each week (as typical counseling works). My daughter still had to start over from scratch with this "new" counselor. The counselor did NOT bother to ask me or my daughter, and instead, booked another client in for the ENTIRE REST OF THE YEAR. Come to find out that my daughter's former counselor is only returning for ONE DAY a week during the time when my daughter is AT SCHOOL and would not even available for another month. This would make 2-1/2 months with no counselor. AND she will not do her regular time slot with my daughter (a slightly later (30 mins) time slot) which means I would have to pull her early from school every week. Then I receive a phone call from the office informing me that they have another NEW counselor potentially for my daughter (which means she would have to start over AGAIN completely from scratch with her 3rd in less than 9 months). And oh, by the way, the 2nd counselor she was seeing is now booked up through MARCH OF 2024 in the SAME time slot she needed and had for those 2 months she was seeing her during the 1st counselor's maternity leave. She has now been without a therapist for over a month and I will never use this company again. They do NOT care about people, especially impressionable teens who need stability and someone to stand with them in their lives during what is already a difficult time. Extremely unprofessional and just trying to fill time slots. And this did not happen once (okay), not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times for someone that is seeking care. Absolutely not. They will not care about you or your child. Highly unprofessional and do not recommend."
