"Rogers Behavioral and Children's Wisconsin combine to be MIRACLE WORKERS. The 6 week Integrative Chronic Pain program is amazing - Veronica, Helen, PT Emily, Dr. Kahn, Dr. Weisman and Mr. Kevin all work together as a team. Our son entered using a cane, uncommunicative, bedbound, etc. He left: running around, smiling, and going back to school. The pain is still there but Rogers taught him to LIVE LIFE!"
"I was recommended to this place by a therapist for my child he was only enrolled for two days he had 1 big episode and they solution was for him to get admitted into their inpatient hospital and to take medicine I don’t believe they truly care about the kids I feel they just want to medicate them… my son was kicked out the program because I refused the inpatient hospital treatment with out having time to think about other options and what’s best for my child I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE"
"Whenever my mental health is struggling I call Rogers. The staff is helpful, patient and professional. I'm not there for the food my main concern was getting stable mentally but the was a plus. I would recommend anyone struggling with mental health or substance abuse to call Rogers."
"So I originally posted a review giving one star as the husband of a wife in Rogers facility. I am changing my review from a 1 to a 3. They could easily achieve a five if the individual I sent the private to email would take care of some of their issues. After my wife having been home for a few days, I can tell that they definitely have made great changes for my wife. That being said I am greatly happy for her despite all of the other issues. The only advice for Rogers I have moving forward, is to have packets of information to give the families who are going to be home without their loved one. Give us ways we can express our emotions and how this has affected the family and how they can use real life examples provided by the family for the individual to work on. Take the information we provide, use it or decide its not usable, but listen to a family that cares. This will allow us to feel as if we are part of the process, and help us feel like our loved-one is truly being cared for and not just another patient. That they are someone who means a lot to a husband and daughter. We basically dropped off my wife and they said to say goodbye, and that was it. Nothing on what their care was going to entail, how we should support. Email policies, smoking vs vaping or anything. If you want a 5 star rating, it would not be hard to achieve. Now, after the agonizing weeks my wife was in Rogers, I can tell she did the work and you DID help her significantly. For this I thank you, but in the future, please remember there is almost always a family behind the loved one you are caring for."
"I’ve been to this location many times over the years. Inpatient is terrible. It is the worst Rogers inpatient program. Staff let a patient bully me and did nothing. The food options are very limited and not the best quality. Not good if you have specific dietary needs. The programming is unhelpful and so are most of the social workers. Techs and nurses were kinda hit or miss. I refuse to go inpatient here and haven’t been to it in over five years. Outpatient is okay. Some of the programs I was in were great and super helpful. There were lots of great therapists, nurses, and other staff in some of the intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Again, food options (for lunch in the day programs) are extremely limited. It is a bag lunch and the choices are mostly a cycle of sandwiches, wraps, and salads on repeat. I had to bring my own lunch pretty much every day in the last program I was in, and a lot of programs don’t let you bring your own anyway. I’ve done multiple of the adolescent programs but haven’t really done much in adult day programs. I would consider trying one again given the right circumstances"
