I tell them no 1 answers my calls. Unprofessional. Urgent care says they will not schedule an appointment for me. I must have an app on my phone. Schedule my own appointments. I can not have any test results. I must HAVE an app and obtain info myself."

"Called the clinic this AM with serious issue asked for party treating my mom. They routed it to someone not treating this issue. Sat on hold and then did not get answer. It has been 3 1/2 hours and am still waiting. Love the caregivers but sure do not like the contact proceedure."
