"Competent, friendly staff great vets. The visit on 2/14/24 was to euthanize my loving companion. I have had to put two dogs down at other vets and have not been shown the compassion, professionalism and respect that I did at Hometown. They were superb!"
"My dog has to go often because of her diabetes. She is always so nervous and they are gentle with her. But don't you ever question your bill because they will stop seeing you immediately!! We were never rude or out of line and are completely shocked at how they did us! My dog needs a vile of insulin every 10 days. We called today to get another vile of insulin because she will be out Wednesday and they said no they won't give us any and they won't be seeing us anymore. How can they do that to people and their pets?? My dog will suffer and die without her insulin and they don't care!! Losing them as a vet just might be a blessing for our pets and us.I won't take anything to them. Such horrible people to not care for our pet when it was absolutely necessary!"
"Wonderful and caring staff. Our pups love it here!"
"Paul was surprised my 17 year old lab was still alive when I took him in for a checkup, then misdiagnosed him, had him on medication that created bloody ulcers... today I had to say good bye to my best friend of 17 years because of his mistake. When I took my dog to the emergency vet that doctor said Paul was wrong and never should have prescribed those meds. After watching my dog walk like he was drunk and throwing up a black bloody mucus, I will never ever trust Paul again. And if anyone else has an elderly pet, I suggest you take them elsewhere. If I could leave less than one star I would! You killed my dog Paul, hope you can live with yourself"
"We had to have our beloved pet Tinks put down. The staff and Dr. Yatso was super nice and caring. It made us more relaxed to know that our dog was in good hands. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone had compassion for you and your pet. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and care."
