"I purchased a pair of tall dressage boots. They sat a while and did not fit (the only conclusion is that they shrunk due to dry climate). I called wondering if the manufacturer could modify the boot. Instead, one of the managers stated they would just refund me after they received the boots back. I send them back and waited for weeks so I started calling. After many calls, I was in contact with a different manager who would not honor the first manager's decision to refund my account and only give store credit. So I ordered a different pair of boots. After waiting for months they arrived with some blemishes in construction. I was told it was not a blemish and that a lot of the boots came in that was but they would refund me for the boots. However, I am afraid to send them back due to 1) everyone has a different option of what should happen and I have nothing in writing that she would refund my account 2) this is the same manager, who would not honor the first manager's decision 3) every time I have made a return in the past I have to call several times to actually get my refund 4) Manager, was supposed to send me a label but never did 5) I have no way to cancel the charge on my CC because of the time lapse so if the boot "disappears" in their system like the first pair did I have no way to file a charge back. I will not be purchasing from this company as what they tell you means nothing and I have to chase them around for refunds all the time."
