"They do a job handling my daughter's finances, the one job I didn't want to do since I have all I can to to handle her physical needs. CP. This place was hired illegally papers signed under medications an they shouldn't have ever been given guardianship.. my daughter's case worker knew this and after she pulled her little stunt she retired .. I wasn't notified of any court dates NOTHING .. it is what it is now it would cost me thousands of dollars to get it back .. which I didn't want anyway but when I call there and ask about her finances they tell me NOTHING.. they don't send a copy of ANYTHING to my daughter or I .. we have absolutely no clue what her bills are how much she gets or where her money goes... They control it all.. I feel as a mother of special needs my daughter an I should have more to say an be notified about.. she should at least get a statement of HER finances..NOT THEIRS.. so I rate them lower then most others.. they can be BULLIES making money off others hardship.. An get this... They went to court AGAIN without my knowledge and asked for guardianship fees.. which my daughter pays ... MY DAUGHTER DIDNT HIRE THEM SHE SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY THEM... I DO ALL THE WORK PHYSICAL WORK CARING FOR MY GIRL AN I DONT EVEN GET GUARDIANSHIP FEES... HOW TF CAN THAT BE JUSTICE..??? I will deal with these people for now . But they best pray I don't ever win a lot of money cuz guess what .. their days of taking from my girl will be over !!!!"

"I hate that place!!!!! Vary non professional, they think they are but far from it. Vary non skillful, non qualified, vary much no respect for families. Apsolutely no care no check ups on your loved ones. You can beg and cry for your loved one back. That you want to care for them . But nope gives them a job to spend all the money. Karma come see them.They just leave them in nursing homes and assistant living places to die. Spend all there money as much as can.We don't need any guardianship taking our families away from us. There is home care and allot other people that will take care of your loved ones. There shouldn't have anybody be in charge of your life no matter what. I hate these place!!!!!!!!!!!"

"not allow to get to know daughter as an adult I heard of privacy rights of course I have no problem with that I do however have the right to know her progression I had issues with you when she was admitted a few years ago you had hurt me anger me and upset me I cried alot and i am just wondering why youpeople wont let me get to know her shame on you she is my daughter not yours"
