"This place has the wrong prices for certain items. This place doesn’t validate my prescriptions and have to make we wait an extra day. Not cool. Big waste of time at this pharmacy."

"Astonishingly poor service. Handed us prescription in drive through, outside label correct, got home and discovered wrong prescription was inside. We called the store which blamed everyone else for the error, took no responsibility whatsoever, accused us of being loud when we asked what they would do about the error and hung up. We have been to many Walgreens over many decades and have never confronted such lousy customer service. Despite the fact that it is the closest location to where we live and work we will not utilize this pharmacy. Someone needs to get this pharmacy into proper working order."

"I've been coming to this Walgreen's for MANY years! Sadly they have lost staff to Hyvee!! But, as short staffed as they are, I've always been treated well, from the Pharmacy Counter Staff to getting flu/Covid Injections. They need to be VERY careful filling those prescriptions. Put yourself in their shoes. I've witnessed customers screaming and complaining to the staff about Insurance problems, where they have no control, and they handled it calmly."

"I would give no stars but I don’t think it’s even worth that. I called two days previously to get a refill on my prescription which they said it would be ready that day. I showed up 2 days later after thinking it was enough time for them to have it ready because I know they are short handed. I got there at 2:00pm, stood in line until about 3:10ish and when I get to the counter they tell me that they didn’t even get a chance to refill it due to everybody else in front of me waiting. I then proceeded to wait another half hour like they said to wait for my name to be called. Afterwards I went to the counter again and they said they didn’t have it ready yet. I understand you’re short staffed but if you can’t fulfill the needs of your customers atleast give them a heads up, or something. I can go a few days without my meds but I know alot of others cannot. Needless to say, I waited there for a good 2 hours and walked out with nothing. I’d recommend people to go to a different pharmacy."

"Called in meds yesterday and told they will be ready anytime after 10 AM. Show up at 5 pm the next day, to stand in this ridiculous line for 45 minutes. Get to the counter to be told they are over 150 prescriptions behind and mine isn’t ready. Also, the hours have changed to close at 6 even though it says 7 everywhere but a sheet of paper at the pharmacy. People NEED these meds, so there could at least be a text saying meds will not be ready, so we can chose a pharmacy that can accurately fill our prescriptions. Time to chose a different pharmacy!"
