"One of the better daycare providers in the area by far. Peace of mind knowing can watch livestreams if wish to. They always ask for feedback if you have any input on it. Kids been going for some time now and overall its been great. No where is going to be perfect always, we are all humans. Just remember for every negative review you read, there is an abundance more positive ones that people don't do, and because due to human nature today people only review for negative (easy route) let's try to show some love for the people who look after our precious ones!"
"My kids have been going to la petite/big apple for about 4 years now. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Every teacher my children have had have been wonderful. The care they continue to show and give the children goes above and beyond my expectations. The Covid year was rough, but they worked with every parent to ensure children are safe and parents were comfortable with the whole arrangement that was Covid. When the facility changed owners they lost a lot of wonderful teachers, and things looked bleak. But Kim and Jill did their best to ensure every last question was answered honestly and with full transparency to keep the process as smooth as possible. Now we are a year and a half out, there have been quite a few changes and while my children are older, I believe the transition was actually a great move. It seems that the teachers have more support for projects and activities, or they do a great job putting on a good face. Either way, miss Molly, ms Roxie (miss you!), Kim, Jill, and Miss Abby are fantastic! And miss shawna..:. And Lauren. Shoot so many good teachers!!"
"I was 15 minutes late to pick up my kids after getting stuck behind a train in downtown Green Bay. My kids have been going there for 2 years and this is the first time I have been late and they charged me $60. Just ridiculous. In addition, they gave us one week's notice that they would be closing early on a non-holiday. Apologizing for not giving notice that the care they are contracted and paid to provide will be cut short. Just another example of the lack of communication overall. Edit: Two weeks ago the manager, Jill, decided to yell at me across the parking lot in front of all the kids outside. All because I allow my kids to sleep in when its summer because I work from home and sometimes they didnt arrive at daycare until 9am. When she started getting out of hand in the conversation I walked away and as I was getting into my vehicle across the parking lot, I could still hear her yelling at me. So unprofessional and just crazy. My children are finally in a better daycare facility. When I asked my son if he even wanted to switch daycares he got excited and said yes because maybe they will have nicer teachers. It broke my heart to hear that from my 5 year old kind hearted son."
"Had a conversation with one of the staff members. They called me to ask what services I needed. I told them childcare and a job. She told me that they had 2 spots open and asked about my experience. (I was very qualified) She told me that she will give me a call back later to discuss more about the job and that they would reserve a spot for my child. When she called back, she asked me how much I wanted to get paid and I told her, she didn't seem too happy about it. ( was open to hear how much they would pay). She told me that she will speak to the director and would call me back again. I waited weeks and tried calling them-they would not answer. I got a call from the same company but I thought it was them. The lady wanted to schedule a tour and before we could set up a time, I asked her about the job opening and when my child can start. She told me that they had no openings. I told her that they reserved a spot for my child and she told me that the other lady lied to me, they had no information about my child which I gave to them."
"If you are looking for dependable childcare look elsewhere. One of our children has been put to part time due to staffing shortages. This has been going on for several weeks with no end in sight."
