"Terrible service. Was told it would take 5-7 day to translate a document, but instead took a month. Check-In a few times and was told each time it was in the mail. I didn't need a sealed envelope so WHY COULDN'T YOU EMAIL IT TO ME! In the meantime I needed another document translated and chose a different company. Got my translated document back the next day for half the cost. Do not use this translation service!"

"Don't use this service. They said I would receive a translation of my college transcript within 7-10 business days that I had ordered for. I was assured that I would receive the translation before the college application's due date that I had told them about at the time. Almost a month later I called if it would be ready and the same person said it would be finished on that day or the next day, I then called back in 2 days and she said it would be ready sometime during the next week, I had to cancel the transaction all together because it was past the college's application due date. Bad service."
