"I went into this store to Purchase pool equipment and I felt like if you don't spend a lot of money you're in the wrong place. They were quick to help people that has in ground pools because that's where the money is, but could not find the time to help me pick chemicals for an above ground pool, as soon as I pointed out that it is a small above ground pool his attitude and attention for me went out the door. He went so far as to inform me that if I go to the left I could afford the stuff over there."

"I have just had the best experience purchasing and having a new pool pump installed. The sale I did over the phone since I sort of knew what I was looking for and the next day went into the store and the lady named Diane at the store was great. Very informative and helpful and great customer service. When the guy named Joel came out to install the new pump, he was one of the best service techs I have ever worked with. He was pleasant, professional and very conscientous about the job he was doing. I noticed as he changes some pipes for me that he used a level to make sure everythng was plumb. I actually enjoyed the time he was here because of his friendly/professional nature. - I told him that if I ever need sevice again, I intend to ask for him specifically. I have had other people do work for me that I would not think to ask for a second time. Joel was great."

"SCAMMERS! I was told false information twice in the last week by two different employees. internet is killing these places and do it yourselfers take more money out of their register. They will recommend stuff you DO NOT NEED and NOT LET YOU PURCHASE PARTS TO FIX ON YOUR OWN. Take back the power, do your research and hold this overpriced dinosaur accountable for bad business practices. Customer service here is spelled F U Update: 15 minutes of my own research and purchased the "non existent" parts from Amazon for CHEAP and I didn't have to go through an unnecessary belittling."
