"I ordered a set of headphones with noise cancelling capability, for curbside pickup. I was given the wrong type of headphones, same brand but without the noise cancelling capability. I had to go back to the store, inside the store, to return the headphones. I was then able to buy the correct headphones at the Electronics department. After getting home I discovered that my refund for returning the wrong headphones did not refund the bag fee they charged me for giving me the wrong headphones. I should not be charged for being given the wrong headphones; the bag fee should have been automatically refunded and was not."

"I've been going to this target for years and I never have a problem with the staff. But it seems they are extremely overworked these last few months. Constantly having one member working the registers and having another work guest service and also assist self checkout. I've waited in pickup lines for over 20 minutes due to the high volume of customers mixed with a severely understaffed frontlines floor. This is how you lose good employees, hopefully something can change soon."

"This time it seems they got my curbside order correct, but only after making a second trip back into the store to get the last bag of item type purchased. Very unfortunate they don't have an option to use my own bags. If you return the bags they have brought to your car they throw them away. No recycling. It is very common that only one or two items are put in a bag. My last order had 13 bags, at least twice as many as necessary. More time than not they do not complete the order, items are missing. If they didn't use up so many bags, maybe they would have less chaos in their staging area and be less likely to lose track of people's orders. It's common that they do a terrible job at bagging. "I would give this target no stars if I could. This used to me my favorite target to shop at but over the last year it had went downhill! Nothing is ever stocked the shelves are a mess. Don’t even try to shop the makeup section! It is rarely stocked. I now drive to Folsom or Roseville to shop at a target."

"A lot of changes have been made in this branch, especially in the entrance. They have many offers, especially for the summer season. Maybe their prices are little more than other places but theirs products quality are excellent and better.The employees are wonderful and excellent in their work. I think they have most of what we need in our daily life. In addition, they have a wonderful fast food section and next to a branch of Starbucks coffee with a distinct flavor. I recommend visiting this branch of Target as often as possible."
