"Terrible customer service. The cashiers are rude, the guy started scanning my items without saying a word, literally not a single word came out of his mouth didn’t even bother to tell me the total. He seemed bothered to help me, was on his phone while scanning my items. Too bad they have certain items locked and require to be checked out by a person at the register, otherwise I would’ve preferred self checkout to avoid the unpleasant experience"

Multiple people said they'd get someone and did page. But, no one showed up. He went and found the key. I really appreciate his help and patience. Thank you!"

"The manager is SO RUDE , she argued with me about the price & snatched my basket when I accused her of being RUDE. So I went to Costco for my product. When you pay for a membership to shop they have better customer service. I do not know why they stock so messy & this store seems to be very unorganized. I asked why would they put this under 20$ if it not 20$ she did not know why ."

"I never thought I'd say this.... but the Citrus Heights Walmart Supercenter is the nicest Walmart location I've ever been to. The entire store is very very organized, it's super clean, shelves are stocked full, every item's in it's correct place, on the correct hanger, with the correct price.. Not to mention, this location has everything. So many options, & it's stocked better than any other Walmart I've been to. Their seasonal set up is the best! Put it this way, no quarters needed to open the restroom door, toilet paper's a real thing, and seat covers are plentiful (IKR!!) Not even a single shopping cart was outta place! Whatever the Management is doing at this location, others should take notes."
