"Worse place ever. Especially the coordinators. You try to talk to them nicely and they get stupid with you. I can’t stand them."
"3 separate appointments were either cancelled without notice or lost. Each time I presented the appointment card provided to me at the time of making the appointment. The doctors are good and knowledgeable. Best rule of thumb: Confirm appointment the day before as to not disrupt your schedule."
"Dr. David Castillejos is an amazing surgeon, he performed cataract surgery on both eyes and everything went great. He is the best, he always explains every detail. God bless him and everyone that helped me there. They are always on my prayers."
"Had a horrible experience at this location. From purchasing eye glasses to the customer service from the front desk. Rude, mean, and embarrassed me in front of other customers as if I was not welcomed there because of my insurance. I asked if my insurance was accepted there but the front desk stated " we cannot give you any information until you have a confirmed appointment". I was scheduled an appointment and a few days later I called to see I can now get information in regards to my insurance but I was told I was not scheduled for an appointment. Then days later they called me back and reminded me that I had an appointment for the next day. I told them to cancel it because of their ride mean behavior towards me from the beginning. Then they hung up."
