They will tell you that your business is covered, but you will eventually find out that they never would’ve covered you in the first place due to being “too much of a risk”. I went months without insurance on my business, solely because of a completely unorganized agent and their staff members. On a personal level, I have now found out from my new insurance company that State Farm recorded my claim incorrectly which has now led to my insurance being twice as high. I honestly cannot believe the amount of money I wasted on this insurance company for little to no valid coverage."
