"Might just be the single worst customer service experience I’ve dealt with. Can’t review the product as I can’t get ahold of anyone for a response. Four emails to multiple of their listed customer support emails with no response, finally got through to someone via phone call. The individual I spoke too didn’t have the answer and was supposedly asking someone else, then himself or the other person was to call me back. Three+ weeks later and still no returned phone call or a single email responded too. At this point I don’t even want to try their product if it’s anything like the customer service."

"I brought them 3 MXZ from the 90s. They went in pretty rough and came out like new. They all start on the first or second pull. Calvin was the tech that worked on the sleds and he did an astounding job. Douglas was also very helpful with the entire process. I left feeling like they put in 2x the value that I paid for. Great place; I absolutely recommend Speedwerx."

"Would not recommend had them rebuild my engine last year 1st time out this season went 2 miles had the same issue I was having as I spent $3600 + for them to rebuild my engine. Gave them machine back held it for 2 1/2months Another season gone. Horrible communication skills. I'd highly advise going else where then the advertised "best in the business " Update not only had it forever but did get a chance to put on 200 miles in Northern Minnesota and still am experiencing same cutting out issues and same performance issues......not even worth my time bringing it back to them Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone"
