"The majority of my handguns are 1911's. During my 10 years in the military, that's the firearm I was assigned. Somehow I managed to scratch the slide on my Springfield Armory Ronin 1911 EMP. I didn't take any photos of the scratch, so I just have photos of the original factory bluing when I first got it and the results after having Palehorse Zero cerakote the slide. The results are PERFECT! I selected a matte finish and I really like how it turned out. I actually like it better than the factory finish! Springfield Armory gave me a price and a 4-6 week turnaround. Palehorse Zero was less than a week and less expensive with a better result. I didn't have a chance to meet David, so I'll have to thank him for his great work here as well as for his service. Robin was a pleasure to work with. Great team!"
