"Nothing but cheap brushes, no customer service in sight the whole time I was walking in the store. No one has to be at a register, but there is also no one who can answer the phones for nearly 20 minutes. I believe I left my supplies there and no one would go check for me on top of being sassed by the worker on the phone when I asked if I could still replace them with my receipt in hand. She just said “well weren’t you the one that lost the product?” A yes or no would suffice, I’m already stressed I lost pricey tools that I need for class, no need to get an attitude because I’m desperate to get what I paid for!"
"Hate the self check out!!! Do you ppl not listen to customers? No one around to help , pushed button 4x, had to raise my voice to get someone to come up who wasn't in a hurry to come help much less overly pleasant -prob bc I complained loudly about self checkouts! If I wanted to wait on myself I'd get a job there! So over this "lack of customer service" everywhere! Ofc this means I'll reduce my in-store visits to Michael's. Hobby Lobby still has "costumer" service... why don't you? Oh I know... corporate greed at its best!"

"Was on the phone with my parents as they were trying to exchange a broken frame that they picked up. Kendall the manager was beyond awful. My parent had the actual receipt and she claimed they did not and gave them merchandise credit. I was talking on the phone to my mom on speaker not her and she started hollering at me. I've worked retail for 10 years. And no matter how upset a customer got I never hollered at them. I can't even imagine how she treats her employees."

Has allot of cool things for just bout anyone's needs plus big time sale discounts on most their items sum things upto 80% off or BOGO deals! Friendly staff & clean setting overall"
