"Nice store, great selection of golf equipment, brands and pricing clearly marked, everything well displayed, and the range area is good. If I was reviewing the store just on this criteria, I would give it a 5. However, I stopped in today to hopefully find a different driver, some new hybrids and a new push cart. I left without a single item. I did hit 3 different drivers. I had to go find someone at the front of the store to set me up to hit balls on the range. I couldn't tell employees from shoppers. Four guys standing around by the checkout just talking. When I asked for assistance one guy headed back to the range area with me. Didn't ask me how I was doing, what I was looking for, if he could help in any way, etc. He just moved the launch monitor, put a ball on the tee, told me to hit it and walked away. Not another word. After stretching out and then hitting 5 balls, none of which registered on the launch monitor, I went looking for more help. Found a guy at one of the fitting simulators who came in on his day off to work with a customer. He quickly came back to the range and told me that monitor in the bay I was in didn't work this past weekend, so he moved me over one bay. Had me hit 2 shots and when they registered on the monitor. He went back to what he was doing. I was grateful for the help. I tested the 3 drivers for about 40 minutes. I was never approached by another sales person. I put the clubs back where I found them and headed for the door. The same 4 guys standing by the checkout. No other customers in site. As I am walking to the door one of them asked me if they could help me find anything. Someone needs to train some of the staff there. If it wasn't for the guy who came in on his day off, no one would have said a word to me. I won't waste my time again. I'm in sales now and worked retail when I was a kid. Sad to see that some people have no idea what customer service means. I could have purchased with well over $1000 worth of stuff today. Nope!"

"I’ve been a customer of golf galaxy since they were in the current pella windows building. Always a great experience. Cheated on them with the pga superstore when I added an extension to a used putter along with a new grip. Pga superstore didn’t measure the club correctly and ultimately screwed up my club with length and how the extension was applied. Took it to Brett and the club making department and they dropped everything to fix it for me the right way. These guys care about their final product and take great pride in what they do. Thanks Brett !"

"I scheduled an iron fitting with Tom over the weekend. Being my first, true fitting I did not know what to expect. Tom could not have been more accommodating, and when he spoke to me, I felt like he really was listening to what I had to say. He picked up on a lot of thingsI would have never thought about and in doing so was of great assistance in finding a set of irons to properly match by body style and level of play. I felt the time Tom took with me in addition to his experience cannot be matched. Living in a time of questionable customer service across the industry it was an absolute delight to work with somebody like Tom. Keep up the FANTASTIC work and thank you."
