"Walked by looking at the boots through the glass was invited in by employee to try shoes on, loved it, wanted to purchase. At the register with the card in my hands ready to pay. (150$) Another employee come to me and saying that they costumers should wear mask. ( no sign on the door) On a question if they want to make business and let me just pay the answer was "No"! Rude! Unprofessional! The worked was also informed about medical condition, without making any eye contact pretty much said it's not her issue. You invite costumer in (with no face mask) Let them try on shoes( with no face mask) get them to the register and then dont let them pay and ask them to leave ?! I wish I knew the name of that employee (October 11 2020) they wont get business from us! So disrespectful..."

"They have a 'Buy something or get out' kind of attitude. Didn't like the way I was approached. Kept asking me what size, what size. I just went in to look and price match. After I said that I was ignored and mugged at after. I was going to buy some vans but the 2 male sales rep attitudes really annoyed me and I took my business elsewhere. I went to Tilly's right across from them, they came when i asked. Not approach me and if I'm just looking mug me to get out. Seems like I interrupted the sales rep conversation at Journeys. Never again am I shopping in there if I see that they are working. Common sense not to treat customers like that because even if they say 'Just looking' that means leave me alone I'll call you if i need something. Not follow me and ask what size at every shoe i look at and diss me when I say just looking."

"Staff here is really helpful. In fact they were so helpful I bought a pair of shoes I wouldn't have even tried on if their employee wasn't so helpful."
