I was trying to get a helmet and it took well over 30 minutes to get it ordered simply because the sales person kept going off to socialize with friends. Prices are great but the customer service portion was iffy at best."

"You guys make it fast and easy, bought 7 items online, they asked if I would like to try on the items. Just did not have the time, they informed me had 90 days. About week later had the time. The Sidici water proof, pants were just to tight. Went back in the store, he found next size up and made the exchange. So yes cycle gear does a great job, compare this do places where it is nearly impossible to do electronic transaction, with multiple failure points."
