"Connor is awesome! I had a major issue with my pool and algae. He walked me through the process of drainage, filling and getting it all balanced. He, and everyone else in this store continues to be professional, offer education and ensure the customer understands. I got stuck a couple of times and was able to call and get the same excellent service! Awesome crew!"

"I went here to buy a net for my pool because my old one had tears in it. I buy a “professional” grade net that was advertised to scoop the leaves off the bottom of the pool as well as skim the surface. I bring it home and think “wow this is a pretty good looking net, way better than my old one” but after just 10 minutes of using it as directed, the rim of the net bends in on itself! I go back to exchange it and Connor says that I was misusing it because it was filling it up with too many leaves. I show him how many leaves were in the net (which i specifically did not empty out) which was minimal. He exchanges it and I go home again to test the second one. What do you know? It does it again! I bring it back a second time and I ask for a refund to which he replies that HE CAN NOT GIVE A REFUND OR DO ANOTHER EXCHANGE. They essentially stole $40 from me! Connor completely crossed the line talking to me like I was some sort of child. Im going to talk to corporate tomorrow. Stay with name brand!"
