"No one greeted me when I walked in. While browsing, one guy (I assume an employee) kept walking near me without ever once saying hi or asking if I needed anything. It was deadly quiet and awkward in there and then I noticed about 3 or 4 guys just standing around the register not talking. I got uncomfortable and left."
"They were supposed to open at 10a, I got here at 10:30a and one of the workers was still waiting for the person to come and open. Waited another 20 minutes after that and they still didn’t open the gate. I try so hard not to use zumiez but had no other options until 11a."
"I walked in hoping for griptape and new hardware for my board and the only two people working in the store were having a conversation for about 8mins without greeting me or asking if I was looking for something. When I asked if they were employees at the store one said "yea" and kept continuing his conversation with his buddy lol. I walked out. What a horrible store. This is why younger people under 21 don't need a job at the mall."
"so I called to put a hoodie on hold , and the guy said he would til the night. Then I said I will try to get it later cause I am feeling sick and he said "Do you want it or not!" I was like "Yes I do" then I was like geez , 'The guys said if someone wants it I'll sell it to them if you're not here, and then I said fine he said "deal". WHAT IS THIS RUDENESS. But everytime I go there in person they are nice. lol"
