"This store should shut down. They employ kids who have no interest in working. I was there on 11/13 in the afternoon and was looking to buy some shoes. I saw the shoes I wanted to try and was looking around for an employee. I see 3 employees chatting with each other and paying no attention to the customers. They would look up at me and stay put. I had to walk up to them and ask for help before one of them with some annoyance walked over. I will not be coming back to this store."

"I was trying to buy some shoes from here a couple months ago, it was a terrible experience. On the phone they informed me they have the specific shoe in my size. In person (30 mins later) they say they do not have it. Waste of my time. Also, it’s unfortunate how the staff is not interested in working or helping anyone who walks in. Non welcoming, poor customer service."

"As someone that works in Human Resources I am astonish of employees lack of professionalism working in customer service. I went to this location with the intention of buying three to four pair pair of shoes and after my experience I bought my shoes from shoe palace instead. If there were a way to give negative starts as part of a review I would do so. Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent behavior is how I rate this business. I would highly advise that you take your business somewhere where employees are happy to serve you with excellent customer service."
