"This is probably one of the nicest looking Ross in the area well kept clean restrooms and stocked isles. The staff greets you all smiles and even small talk if nots too busy, and when it does get busy the manager has scheduled weekly in order to over lap some of the employees to assess the busy floors and it works because lines are cut down. I think the only negative I have noticed is the half dozen times I have visited here 2 hours before closing there have been shoplifters just walking out hugs of items in arms."
