"Worst bank ever, I really wish I didn’t close my old account and open on here, so many hidden rules and disclosures that are never disclosed. Basically the accounts are useless for the first 90 days of opening. Now I need to go figure out how to pay my bills for the next several months without penalties because this bank is so horrible. STAY AWAY! Never used a worst bank than this, if you can even call this a bank."

"We are brand new customers. We called to set up our online account and the rep wouldn't stay on long enough to ensure that we could log in successfully. He said: "I can't stay on the line because I have other customers I have to help." Not a very nice welcome. We were going to ask about other services and possibly move from our big bank to this credit union. Not now."
