"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Please don’t go here, extremely understaffed and super slow! Came in at around 4:30 for a simple deposit and didn’t leave until 5:20!!! And to make matters worse the clerk was training a new person while the line was very long making everything go by even slower! I believe it was Carolyn who couldn’t fulfill my simple request! Just save your time and don’t visit this location! I lost way more time than intended and came out very frustrated and mad!"
"We went here for the first time because our long-time credit union wanted us to jump through too many hoops to set up and deposit into a new trust account. Walked into First Republic Bank and was struck by how un-bank like it was. But it is a bank, but with no teller windows with thick glass. Just a comfortable waiting area with desks for the staff. We were warmly greeted as though we were royalty, offered coffee, water and even cookies. After we briefly explained the kind of account we wanted to open, we were quickly walked through the process and were on our way, mission accomplished. I very much recommend First Republic to handle your money."
"The branch manager Dolly is amazing! The customer service is unbeatable. They have come out to the car to get checks that needed to be deposited so my wife didn't have to come in with our five kids. Some of the best rates on deposits and the cheapest student loan rates around. You should bank at First Republic."
