"Had to cash my cashiers' check. Too many questions that I think were none of their business. Questions like, "where did you get the money'. "What will I do with the money" and a bunch of questions" making you feel criminal."
"Very inconsistent with policies. I was informed I could cash my personal checks that I get for babysitting work without a 9 day hold as long as I went to the bank and cashed in person. They cashed 2 weekly checks for me and then when I came back for the 3rd week they said they couldn’t and that the other gals weren’t supposed to do that. I then had to drive to Wells Fargo instead to cash it there then drive back to deposit my money. Very inconvenient. Would not bank here if you need your money available immediately, the 9 day holds last 4 months."
