"Very happy with this apartment complex! I moved from a smaller town in Wisconsin and was nervous about renting in Madison after hearing a number of horror stories. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a great experience, we had a couple of minor maintenance issues and my manager (Adam) was responsive, helpful and kind. The maintenance crew was timely and very helpful. I sat out on my balcony regularly and never smelled the dump. The only reason I give it 4 stars is there are no conveniences within walking distance, though there is a beautiful park only two blocks away!"

"These apartments are nice but you pay for it. Large size apartments. Lots of space and storage. Underground parking, pets allowed with a monthly fee. Power never generally costs more then $100 a month. Mostly quiet unless you got people above you that are fat. Washer and dryer in unit. It is pricey though as a 1 bedroom is over $1k a month."

"First year was great good maintenance team and manager seconed year half way through changed maintenance guy and manager now we never get anything fixed in a timely fashion very irritating and now asking for higher rent but why should we pay more if nothing gets fixed."
