"The apartments are ok, lived here for five years. They raise the price every year, but are good with maintenance issues. On move out don't expect a deposit back unless you paint the walls, clean the carpet, and leave it better than when you moved in. Neighbors can be loud, dogs barking outside your window all early morning, but it's an apartment, you never know until it's to late. Neighborhood has gone down hill, but never felt scared letting the kids play outside."

"I lived here for a year and loved it. Ended up having to move for work so I couldn't stay longer. They handled maintenance requests immediately and without question. Really nice place, clean, friendly office staff, new appliances. Also really affordable for what they offer. I lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt with laundry in unit, private entrance, garage and pet friendly. It's not easy to find all those things! By far the best complex I've lived at."

"I lived here for two years and I had a great experience, but the place isn't perfect. The walls are a bit thin and I would get some noise from my neighbors but never had an issue at night. Also with it's proximity to I-90/94 you do get some traffic sounds, but mostly a low hum. Also the buildings are a bit older, so they have electric heat (that can get expensive in the winter if you aren't careful). But the staff is great and would always answer maintenance requests promptly. Kyle in the office even remembered me by name even though I had only a few interactions with them throughout my stay. The biggest issue is that the nearby area isn't so great, but I never had any problems (other than a few bad drivers). These apartments are a great option at a responsible price for the Madison area."
