If the building and apartment weren't so perfect, Shannon would have been the reason why we wanted live here so badly! Unfortunately, my spouse's job has a relocating, but if anyone is looking for a great building and an even better property manager, I would pick this place!"

"I’ve lived at the Adria for two months. The management: Kellie, the property manager, has been extremely pleasant to work with. I was on a tight deadline to find an apartment and she immediately showed me multiple units. When I found the right one, she was diligent about getting me the application and lease ready. The turn-around from application to finalized lease was SO quick and easy. I am super thankful for all of the work Kellie did to get me this apartment (thanks, Kellie!!). Also, I have had very nice interactions with the other staff as well. I can tell this apartment building is important to them and they are always here cleaning and making sure the tenants are happy. The chill vibe from the staff works well for me as a young adult living alone—they already feel like family! The building: Views, views, views. The views from the units are stunning. I have a studio which faces downtown Madison, and the view is VERY cool. I’ve seen the views from other units onto Lake Monona and, wow, it’s breathtaking. The amenities are great too. The pool overlooks the lake and it’s been so fun this summer. I spent the 4th of July out there with a few guests, and they were so impressed. Also, at night, blue LED lights shine from the pool and it is very luxurious! In my unit, I especially appreciate the brand-new appliances and the spacious stand-up shower. The cabinetry is really nice too and matches well with the hardwood flooring. I think each floor/unit offers variations of color schemes (i.e., color of cabinets, countertops, hardwood floors, tiles), so I would check out a few units to see which you like best. All around, I am so glad I found these apartments. The staff are super accommodating, and the building offers endless perks (like a dog run on the roof with real grass!). I don’t think there is another apartment building on this side of the Capitol square that offers what Adria does."

"Without a doubt, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. By far. My girlfriend and I set up a tour for a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago at 1pm. We arrived 15 minutes early, but even by the time our appointment rolled around, the leasing agent - Kellie Williams - was nowhere to be found. We texted, called, left voicemails, but received no response, so we kept waiting. Around 1:30pm, we decided to leave, extremely disappointed to be totally ghosted, because the building looks beautiful. I email the property management company, with no response. Two full days later, Kellie finally texts me back saying that her aunt had died over the weekend, and offered to reschedule. I responded with my condolences, and mentioned that we totally understand things come up (especially family emergencies); however, it would've been basic courtesy to at least notify us she wouldn't be able to make it so we didn't just loiter around the property. Any kind of notification would've been sufficient, but we were totally ghosted. When I suggest times we could reschedule to, Kellie responds saying, "I encourage you to look elsewhere." This stunned us, because I've never heard a leasing agent actively encourage potential tenants to NOT pursue living at their property! Anyway, I've never written a Google review before this, but felt the need to get this out there so that others know to stay away from this complex. Terrible customer service, poor property management, and overall bad vibes. A beautiful building and location, though!"

"I immediately had a great experience and impression of Adria after meeting Kellie, the property manager. She showed me probably 8 different units on our tour and while walking me around had really positive interactions with existing tenants. While considering which unit to take and whether to sign a lease, she invited me and my boyfriend to join the rest of the tenants to a community event she had set up to meet more of my potential neighbors. It was a really nice get together on Lake Monona and continued to give me a great impression of living at Adria! The building and units themselves are beautiful, and there are a lot of different options depending on what's important to you."
