"My experience with housing was ok, but they overly charge or steal $$ from your security deposit giving lame reasons. Instead of that, they can directly mention the standard deduction amount in the lease agreement beforehand so that people are not left unsatisfied in the end."
"I rented from Fisher for 3 years without any issues with the owner or management. If anything needed their attention, they got to it in a very timely manner. They were always helpful when I wanted to learn how to do repairs when they were there, too. Basically, communicate with them and they'll work with you. They're a family owned business, and they live in Madison. The owner is a great corporate citizen as well as a very well-liked Madisonian. Highly recommended their properties! The jacuzzi tubs don't hurt either!"
