"I really, truly loved living in Quarter Row; Urban Land Interests (ULI) is undoubtably the best property management company I have rented through, and Sabrina (former ULI employee) was a fantastic property manager! ULI fosters a community for its residents, with fun Instagram promotions, and super awesome responsiveness to any questions, comments, or issues (and there are very few issues). Would recommend :) Edit after move-out: Originally, I had given a 5 star review, but am downgrading it to 4 stars. Please be aware that upon move out they over charge for turnover cleaning services. I cleaned my apartment throughly based on their cleaning checklist. ULI provides 2 hours of turnover cleaning, which should have been plenty of time for them to get the apartment ready for the next renter considering the clean state in which I left it. They claimed it took them 5 hours to clean, and charge me for the additional 3 hours. I called to explain and was unable to get a hold of some one, so I emailed, and it took over a week for them to "resolve" which resulting in still charging me for an hour of cleaning. While I enjoyed my time living there, I am disappointed at their move out philosophy."
