"Even if this is a low income housing, every tenant situation is different and management should be sensitive and understanding on the issues that tenants face especially when you have people that are disabled, does not have income, does not have other family around, English is not their second language and many others. Be sympathetic and work to find solutions."

"Well it's not the crappiest it's a roof over your head for you and your kids however the bombing for roaches on a monthly basis was annoying because you had to leave your apartment and I hated it in the winter because i had 2 small children at the time to take out side in the cold and find some where to go for 4 hours I didnt like that we could smell what our neighbors were cooking and half the time it smelled horrible and another irritating thing was maintenance barely knocked on the door before entering your apartment with the spare key they have.. had to check them about that..... but the staff is nice and the manager pah do work with you if your behind on your rent loved that about her and the lady's at the desk are very helpful and respectful and I barely seen sainey which is the owner this is my honest review...."

"Very nasty always late on updates , I moved out in February of this year my lights was still on after giving her a letter letting PAH THE MANAGER I’m gonna be moving by February i was still getting billed for those lights over there I didn’t know cause i moved out of state now im trying to reach out n both the African balled guy n the Asian lady is hanging up in my face like they don’t know what’s goin on"
