"This is my second year living at the Wiedenbeck (and renewed for next year) and I have nothing but good things to say about living here. This is my first experience with a landlord and McBride has been great about maintaining the building (frequently cleaning/painting/improving) and promptly fixes any issues with the apartment. I live in a 2 bedroom unit and like the layout/sizing - bedrooms are huge! The courtyard is beautiful with nice trees and flowers/bushes and a fountain, and I often see rabbits, squirrels, and birds. The warehouse vibe is unique, and there are a few decorations around that celebrate its history. Highly recommend this apartment for UW students - proximity to campus is great and the price is quite reasonable for the quality."

I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, the kind maintenance staff, the orderly lease, and the spacious floor plans. The company is easy to contact and quick to respond. Management is competent and the apartment was constantly under a state of repair and improvement. The warehouse feel was cool and the beauty of the courtyard would make me smile in the morning. Nothing like walking outside your door to a morning dove perched on your terrace or a squirrel running around! It was like a nature retreat in the middle of downtown Madison."
