"Great apartments, reasonably priced - especially for being pretty spacious and somewhat close to downtown. It's near the bike trail and the arboretum - awesome for walks, runs, and bike rides. Management is good and so is maintenance. Only real downside is lack of central air (but they supply a wall unit). Hidden gem for sure!"

"This was my favorite management I’ve ever rented from! They’re kind and incredibly responsive. The apartments are extremely well maintained and priced fairly, especially for Madison. Maintenance requests were often addressed the same day as I submitted them. There is a DISHWASHER. If they allowed pets I never would have moved out. Regarding noise: I lived on the second floor, so I can’t speak to creaking of upstairs neighbors, but even living right next to the stairwell/lobby there wasn’t a lot of noise."

"Stayed here 2017-2018. The negatives unfortunately outweighed the good. Management was wonderful and the neighborhood was lovely. I loved how close it was to the busline because I was still a student. What I absolutely hated and the reason why I never resigned was the noise level that you could hear from the upstairs neighbors. It's not because they were overly noisy but the floorboards would loudly creak and you could hear EVERYTHING (sex, walking, showers). Literally, just them walking was awful. I'd spend more time away from my apartment because I couldn't deal with the noise level of the foot traffic, especially if my neighbors kept odd hours. So, if the noise and creaking won't bother you, by all means, rent here. I wish I knew prior to signing a lease that it would be so noisy but when I toured, obviously people are usually working during the tour hours. noise, noise noise, though. I cannot emphasize it enough."

"The family that owns these three apartment buildings takes good care of them, both in terms of capital improvements and attentive maintenance. A great option if you want to live reasonably close to downtown in an affordable, quiet apartment."
