I’ve rented here for over two years, and the location is perfect - you’re like a 10 min walk from the square and State St, you’re a 3 min walk to multiple trails and parks, you’re not even a block from the grocery store, I truly walk everywhere. The prices here are super reasonable for downtown living, and most importantly, they don’t nickel and dime you. I’ve never paid anything other than my rent and deposit. Management is super attentive and responsive, and Jessica, the property manager, is amazing. When I started to look for other apartments, I looked first at T. Walls other properties."
